Mrs. Orth holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University. She began her career as a Facilities Engineer in the Permian Basin with ConocoPhillips, where she managed maintenance projects and infrastructure development. She later relocated to Billings, Montana, to support the company’s Bakken program, where she played a key role in designing ConocoPhillips’ first bulk and test separation site in the region. As her career progressed, Mrs. Orth transitioned into the role of Development Engineer, providing critical facilities guidance for long-term development planning and strategy execution. Under her leadership, a multidisciplinary team successfully implemented gas lift systems for Bakken wells, even in complex ownership structures.
Mrs. Orth joined JH in 2019, bringing her extensive industry expertise and leadership skills to the team. Since then, she has led numerous projects and full-field developments, overseeing facilities that have brought hundreds of wells online. Her team has managed production facilities, SWDs, pipelines, and compressor stations, with a particular focus on the Permian Basin, including both the Delaware and Midland sub-basins.
As a leader at JH, Mrs. Orth ensures that all engineering designs are safe, compliant, and efficient. She is committed to fostering a culture of accountability and transparency, with a focus on helping both JH and its clients achieve their goals.
